End of Year Grading and Graduation Ceremony: All Systems

Posted by Damian Wilson> on Thursday, November 20, 2014

The date for the end of year grading will be on the 6th December 2014. In previous years, grading have been held separately during normal class times (with the exception of those students attempting their Shodan-ho or higher).

This year all grading for all systems offered at AAMA will be held on the 6th December and will incorporate our Family Day.

Junior and Intermediate Grading will be in the morning and will conclude with the graduation ceremony and a BBQ.

Senior Gradings (All Systems) will commence in the afternoon and will conclude with the graduation ceremony and dinner.

All Family and Friends are welcome to come and share this special event. It would be great in all students and parents could help out where possible to make this day run smoothly. Please see Kyoshi Marc or Dai Sempai Damian if you are able to help out on the day.

It is great to see students progress each year and they develop new skills and abilities.

We will be releasing the time table for all students shortly.

Car Parking

Posted by Damian Wilson> on Thursday, November 06, 2014

Whilst it is great to have onsite parking at AAMA, this is a shared space with the other businesses at the complex.

Students and Parents are reminded to refrain from parking:

  1. In front of any roller doors. These doors need to be accessible 24hrs/day so that any of the other businesses can have access to their property.
  2. In front of the Dance Studio (a few doors down) or the "Donut Man" Peter (Opposite us) as these two businesses operate at similar times to us and require access to the two (2) allotted car parking spaces.

Should you arrive and find that there is no available space, there are several street car parks that can be accessed at any time. Should you choose this option, students, parents and friends of AAMA are asked to walk up on the side of the drive (next to the business windows) to prevent any accidents (Cars reverse from both sides of the car park).

Thanks you
