Women's Community Self-Defence Workshop 22 Feb 2020
Women's 90-minute Community Self-Defence Class Saturday 22nd Feb 2020 - 11am-12:30pm
All Active Martial Arts will be running a 90min women's self defence workshop on Saturday 22nd Feb 2020 at 11am. Session will take place at our Epping Training Centre and is open to all females 16yrs and over. Feel stronger, more aware, more prepared and more confident! Bring your friends, daughters, mums, coworkers!
$5 to attend and ALL proceeds will be donated to the Victorian Bushfire Appeal. AAMA will donate an additional $5 per participant - Every little bit counts.
