  • Can I train in more than one martial arts system?

Yes.  You can cross train in every system that is available at All-Active Martial Arts.

  • Do you offer kids classes and what is the best age to start training?

Yes.  All Active offers kids classes to suit primary age children, 5 to 13 years.  Our kids program is based on Zen Do Kai (Karate) and develops a healthy attitude to sport, giving them good motor skills and balance.  We aim to foster self esteem, self defence and enhance cooperation.

The program further encourages respect and discipline throughout the training of our students as they progress through their levels.

  • Do you offer self defence classes?

Yes.  With the increase of crime in recent years All Active sees it as vital that we offer self defence classes for anyone who wants to learn.  We not only focus on self defence techniques but the importance of staying safe, being aware of your environment and body language.

Our new Personal Protective Course (PPC) will be starting in 2021 both on-site at AAMA. The level 1 course can be customised for specific industry groups and workplaces and can be delivered on-site.
