Krav Maga "contact combat" is an effective self-protection system that focuses on teaching practical and instinctive self-defence techniques designed to counter an attack and disarm an attacker in the most efficient way possible. Students can expect to learn skills designed to defend against realistic situations such as grabs, chokes, strikes and various other attack scenarios including knife, baton, or firearms, as well as how to deal with multiple attacker scenarios.
