Alex Kostic is a highly sought after instructor of the Russian Martial Art: Systema. We're proud to host Alex's 3-hour Seminar at All-Active Martial Arts on Saturday 19th November 2022.
ALL WELCOME: The seminar is open to martial arts students of all ranks and disciplines.
Systema teaches unarmed hand-to-hand combat using a multitude of drills. Learn about unique ways of using the body for defence and attack with emphasis on breathing, continuity, economy of motion and unpredictable moves. Systema training includes, but is not limited to hand-to-hand combat, striking, grappling, knife fighting and fire-arms training. Training involves drills and sparring which focus mainly on controlling the six body levels (neck, shoulders, waist, elbows, knees and ankles) through pressure point application, striking and weapon applications.
